Descripción de la oferta de trabajo

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Develop and implement strategic account plans
• Regular communication with key accounts to monitor health of the account
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases.
• Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization.
• Pro-actively identify gaps in current process and systems and offer solutions for improvement.

Minimum Qualification
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• 5 plus years experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Essentials:
• Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application
• Experience with a ticketing system
• Experience in e-commerce
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM)
• Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation
• Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team
• Amenable to work +or - 4 hours CET

Nice to Have
• Experience in Global Trade
• Knowledge of German language
